Do you have a high street shop?

Can I reserve an item?

Yes of course. Drop us a message. A deposit may be required.

Where do you get all your stuff?

The majority of our ‘stuff’ is sourced locally. We have very good relationships with local dealers and house clearance companies. We also have several links across the channel both in France & Holland.

What time do you close?

Officially we are open Tues-Saturday 10am - 5pm. We occasionally open outside of these hours to support the many events that occur in our beautiful town.

Do you deliver?

We usually offer free local delivery to Battle and the surrounds. We can easily arrange shipping and couriers for our day visitors.

Do you offer a restoration service?

Not at this time, but we may be able to recommend someone local if you need help.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes at the buyers cost. We aim to keep all shipping costs to a minimum.

Do you buy from the public?

Occasionally. The easiest thing to do is to send a picture, either to WhatsApp, our Instagram, Facebook or via email to thebonery@outlook.com.

Can I return my order?

Of course we would rather you didn’t, as all of our items are sold as seen and any images also form part of the description. In the event of an agreed return, the buyer must pay the return postage and ensure that the parcel is adequately wrapped. This of course does not effect your statutory rights.

If there is a problem with my order who do I contact?

Send us a message and we will do everything we can to resolve it in a timely manner. We want everyone to have a positive purchasing experience. Our website is just getting started so we are expecting some teething problems.
